My name is David Housman. I am the owner of
Finer Floors, a company located in and servicing
Richmond, Virginia and the surrounding counties.
We specialize in sanding, staining, and refinishing
wood flooring.
Currently I have two employees. I have personally
trained David Griggs for over eight years and Joel Hall
for over seven. We work together on almost every job.
We pride ourselves on providing high quality service
and products at reasonable prices. We understand
that happy, satisfied customers are the key to
maintaining a successful business. We are licensed by
the county and have a class C state license #2705
093956. We carry general liability insurance and
worker's compensation insurance. We are members in
good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
I have been refinishing wood flooring for over 16 years
and have owned Finer Floors for 12 years. I have
completed both residential and commercial projects. I
have worked closely with homeowners, contractors, real
estate agents, investors, and business owners and
have learned to tailor our work to their individual needs.
I look forward to the opportunity to do the same for
you.
